2. Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate provided by KCC—verbally, electronically, or in writing—is based on information available at the time and is not final until a written contract is signed.

We reserve the right to modify pricing due to:

  • Material changes

  • Hidden conditions discovered during work

  • Customer-requested changes

  • Vendor delays or price fluctuations

No verbal agreements are binding. Only signed contracts govern pricing and scope.

3. Scheduling & Project Timelines

KCC will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within estimated timelines; however, project duration can vary due to:

  • Material availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Customer delays (e.g., lack of access or late decisions)

  • Unforeseen structural or hidden issues

KCC is not liable for delays outside of our control.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are established in your signed contract. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Deposits are required to begin work or order materials.

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule in your contract.

  • Unpaid balances may incur late fees or result in suspension of work.

KCC does not provide refunds on custom materials, special orders, or work already performed.

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party vendors.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel within the period defined by your contract. After this period:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • You may be responsible for material costs already incurred.

  • Work already performed is billable.

KCC reserves the right to cancel service if unsafe conditions are present or if payment terms are violated.

6. Change Orders

Any change to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by the customer.

Change orders may:

  • Increase the total cost

  • Extend the project timeline

No verbal change orders will be accepted.

7. Warranty

KCC provides a workmanship warranty as outlined in your contract. Warranty does not cover:

  • Customer-supplied materials

  • Pre-existing issues

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or third parties

  • Natural wear and tear

Warranty is void if anyone other than KCC alters the work.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the work area

  • Ensure electricity and utilities are available

  • Remove personal items from the workspace

  • Secure pets and maintain a safe environment for technicians

Failure to meet responsibilities may delay the project.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the KCC website—including logos, photos, designs, text, and graphics—is the property of KCC and protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials

  • Misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer website functionality

  • Use KCC branding without written permission

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages:

  • You consent to receive project updates, appointment reminders, service information, and support messages.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
